When I first knit this vest, I absolutely didn’t plan to release the pattern. I was just a short way into my garment designing journey, and after two unsuccessful yet very informative designs, I decided to take the pressure off on the third time around, and free-hand it just for myself.
The results were great, though, and I was kicking myself soon after for not making detailed notes throughout the process. I’ve worked it all out now with a lot of help from my amazing testers, and I’m so excited to share it with you!
I adore the relaxed fit of this vest. The low neckline, back shaping and deep armholes make it the perfect thing to throw on during those warm summer days, and the slightly looser knit does away with some of the structure of the yarn so it sits really nicely.
On purchase, you’ll receive your digital PDF download of the knitting pattern, so you can get started straight away!
