Description
This simple summer vest knitting pattern is perfect for beginner knitters to learn new techniques, like decreases and the 3-needle bind off.
The front and back are knit separately, with the straps joined at the back and the side seams sewn.
The shaping of the back is probably my favourite thing about this vest – I love the low, square line and how it contrasts the high front.
Skills you’ll use when knitting this cropped, low-back vest include knit stitch, purl stitch, 1×1 rib stitch, decreasing, 3-needle bind off and seaming.
