I know that a lot of people are coming to knitting for the first time, or picking up the hobby after some time away, and I love that. As a long-term, avid knitter, there’s nothing more special to me than sharing the joy of knitting with others, and I’ll always champion the benefits, which go so much deeper than having a nice handmade item to show for your efforts. Knitting is calming and meditative and has had a huge positive effect on my wellbeing, so I hope it does the same for you.
